Day 1 :
Arriving in Denpasar and heading to your hotel in Kuta 1. Get the general atmosphere and scents from the island. Have a walk through the city and admire a magnificent sunset on the beach.

Day 2 :
Visit the Pura Luhur Uluwatu 2 temple in the early morning and bathe at Balangan Beach 3. End the day tasting delicious seafood comfortably settled on Jimbaran 4 beach.

Day 3 :
Have a walk on the northern beaches of Kuta, especially on Pererenan Beach 5, a place that has been kept natural and unspoilt. Then go to Pura Tanah Lot 6 to admire the sunset over the temple. Finally end you daytrip enjoying a sumptuous meal in one of the best restaurants in Bali, in Kerobokan 7.

Day 4 :
Leave early for Sanur 8 to take a boat to go to Nusa Lembongan 9, an amazing place for diving and snorkeling. Then go swimming in Mushroom Bay and rent a boat to admire the beauties of Mangrove Bay. Back in Sanur, go visit the city and have a walk on the 4 kms beachfront. With a wide range of stores, Sanur is a good place to shop cheap souvenirs.

Days 5 to 6 :
Leaving for the cultural center of Bali, Ubud 10, which has been made popular around the world by novel “Eat, pray, love”. Go visit its market, its royal palace and the Monkey Forest. At night, watch the Balinese dance show inside the temple to enter a bit more Balinese culture.

Day 7 :
From Ubud, go northern. First have a look at Munduk 11 waterfall, and take a deep breath of fresh air in the most beautiful rice terraces of Jatiluwih 12. Then finish the day recharging your batteries in Pura Luhur Batukaru 13 temple before going back to Ubud.

Day 8 :
Have a bit of a rest visiting the museums nearby: Puri Lukisan Museum then Blanco Renaissance Museum. Get yourself a treat with getting your body a good massage or treatment among the city’s many beauty salons. You can finish the day tasting an excellent roasted duck at Bebek Bengil.

Day 9 :
Leave the touristic frenzy of Ubud for the quietness of Amed 14, a group of fishing villages gathered together. Have a meal and spend the afternoon on Jemeluk 15 beach.

Day 10 :
Rent a boat with a guide to go visiting the seabed: first the Tulamben 16 shipwreck, and the Japanese shipwreck in Bayuning 17, then make a stop off the coast of Selang and Jemeluk to access the best spots.

Days 11 to 13 :
Off to Gili Trawangan 18 by fastboat. The beach in the northeast of the island has lots of great spots to bathe or snorkel and many sea turtles can be seen around. Visit the turtles hatchery and drop by the beach northwest close to the lighthouse. Get yourself into the quiet atmosphere of this unique island.

Day 14 :
Getting back to Bali by Padangbai 19, visit the city and the souvenirs shops to make some last purchases before going back to Denpasar airport.
